Belgium has announced its new poker plans for 2010, and among the novelties communicated are the nationalization of online poker.
To do so, their government pretends to legalize only the access to online poker sites with Belgium licence. However, this licence will only be given to online poker rooms that operate from this country, making in that way illegal for Belgium people to enjoy online poker games at foreign sites.
This law goes against the European Commission recommendations, and that is way the experts on this field think that it may not be approved.
